During my first period of my studies, we were given all kinds of assignments related to colour. At the end of the course, we had to make a 'colour diary'. During one of these assignments, we had to make a dish from just one colour. Cooking and food have always been important in my family, so I was excited to try monochrome cooking. I prepared a three-course meal in the colour white. Together with my parents we tasted the food and shared this new experience. For my colour I designed a leporello booklet that you can also fold out: on one side you see photos of the ingredients and on the other side you will find the dish.
